At Harried&Hungry we pride ourselves on the freshness of our ingredients, the quality of our presentation and our commitment to making sure that your event is a success!

We have two catering menus to choose from: Box Lunches and Ala Carte...
Box Lunches are great for working lunch meetings and offsite events. If you prefer a spread, our Ala Carte menu features sandwich platters, bowls of salads, accompaniments and all the plateware and disposables that you need for your event.

Frequently Asked Questions

How soon should I place my order?
While we do we accept same day orders, we appreciate advance ordering, and request a day's notice on orders over $500 and two days notice on orders over $1,000. If you have a last minute order, call our catering department at 206.264.7900 and we'll do our best to facilitate your request.

What are your delivery hours?
Our delivery hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm

Is there a minimum order size or delivery fee?
Yes, there is a $35 minimum order size for delivery, and a $7 flat fee on delivered orders to cover our basic delivery costs. Of course, if you choose to pickup your order from our cafe there is no minimum order size and no delivery fee.

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver our catering primarily to downtown Seattle and the neighborhoods surrounding Seattle. For a map of our immediate delivery zone, click here. If you are outside of our zip code limit, give us a call at 206.264.7900 because we may still be able to help you with your order

What form of payment do you accept
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. We also accept company checks and we offer house accounts for frequent customers that preferred to be billed monthly. You can download our house account application by clicking here.

Can I make changes to my order
Yes. Call our catering department at 206.264.7900 if you need to make adjustments to your order or cancel your order altogether. Note that last minute adjustments may incur a fee if we've already begun production on your order.
